1. Organizer

The raffle (“Promotion”) is organized by Nois7 Ltd, registered in Malta, with its registered office in:

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Employees, contractors, and direct family members of Nois7 Ltd are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter in two ways:

a) Paid Entry

Purchase of the Digital Wallpaper for USD $1 via the Nois7 website grants one entry into the raffle.

Each order number will count as one unique raffle entry.

b) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Participants may also enter for free by subscribing to Nois7’s newsletter via the designated signup form on the website.

Each valid email address subscribed during the promotional period will count as one entry.

Free entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning.

4. Entry Limits

Each participant may enter multiple times via multiple purchases.

Only one free entry per email address is allowed.

Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be void.

5. Promotion Period

Entries are accepted from 8th September 2025 until 15th September 2025, 3PM CET.

Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

6. Prize

One winner will receive:

A painting valued at approx. USD $30,000.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 15th September 2025, 3PM CET.

The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently, using a random number selector tool.

The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

8. Liability

Nois7 Ltd is not responsible for technical failures, payment provider errors, or late/lost entries.

By entering, participants release Nois7 Ltd from liability for claims related to participation or acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data (such as names, order numbers, and email addresses) will be processed solely for the purposes of administering this raffle.

Data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and Nois7’s Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to the processing of their data for raffle administration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

11. Acknowledgement

By entering the raffle, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
